Infant Massage Class

Wednesday, May 18th, 10:00-10:40 a.m. in the Youth Services Program room

This program is for children birth through 12 months (w/caregiver) Space is limited and registration is required. This class is taught by Tiffany Anewenter-Grinker, an Occupational Therapist certified in Infant Massage. Parents will learn different strokes and massage techniques to use on their child. Benefits from infant massage include relaxing tension, helping your baby learn to relax, bonding with parents, aiding in digestion, improving sleeping, helping calm colicky babies, and improving weight gain. Parents should bring a blanket and lotion or oil.
