BadgerLink Databases

BadgerLink provides Wisconsin residents with full-text access to millions of articles from magazines, journals, newspapers, encyclopedias, and more. Topics include current news, business, education, health, history, literature, and science. BadgerLink also features other full text resources, such as auto repair manuals and resources for students and teachers, that are not available through regular Internet search engines.

Bridges Library System Databases

The Bridges Library System (for Waukesha & Jefferson Counties) subscribes to a wide array of databases that residents can either use at any library in the Bridges Library System or from home. Note: You must have a library card from New Berlin or from another Bridges library in order to access the databases from home.


WISCAT is a statewide union catalog for Wisconsin, developed and maintained by the Division for Libraries, Technology, and Community Learning. The current edition of WISCAT, one of the largest physical statewide union catalogs in the country, contains 7 million titles and more than 32 million holdings from over 1200 contributing libraries.
