Join us for the first meeting of the Anime and Manga Club, where we'll dive into the worlds that make anime unforgettable; from epic battles to quiet slice of life moments. During meeting times, we will do some sort of activity – think art/drawing, cosplay, Japanese culture, watching stuff, games, and crafts . There will also be plenty of time to chat with other anime fans.
Meetings will take place on the 3rd Thursday of every month, January-May. Please keep an eye out for specific dates, as we may be on the 2nd Thursday of the month depending on the month.
This club is for teens in grades 6-12 (ages 12-18).
January's meeting will feature making anime/manga buttons! If you have any specific characters/items you would like for your button, please send the picture and/or the name of what you would like for your button to knorwood@newberlinlibrary.org by January 14th.
Registration is kindly asked for this club.
The first meeting will take place on January 15th, at 6:00pm in the Community room.
