Book Drop & Drive-Thru Closure

Due to the replacement of the library’s HVAC chiller unit, the drive-up window and the outdoor book drop will be closed and inaccessible beginning Monday, April 27. All materials must be returned to the indoor book drop during operating hours only. Please call 262-785-4980 with any questions or accessibility needs.

Event Details

Learn the basics of sewing with our Brother Sewing Machine!

During this training session, we will go over the specifics of how to reserve and checkout the sewing machine to use in the MakerStudio. You will also learn how to safely thread the machine, load the bobbin, and select stitches and tension.

Once complete, you will be approved to reserve and use the sewing machine in the NBPL MakerStudio! 

Due to the hands-on nature of this workshop, space is limited to 6.  Registration is required.
